Michael Ascolese is a technology executive and entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience helping organizations use technology in practical, reliable ways. Throughout his career, he has focused on building systems, teams, and relationships designed to endure.
As Co‑Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Edit Technology Solutions, Michael leads the company’s long‑term strategy while remaining closely involved in how it serves clients. Since founding the company in 2010, he has emphasized thoughtful problem‑solving, operational clarity, and a culture of accountability—believing that technology should quietly support the business, not complicate it.
Before Edit Technology Solutions, Michael spent many years building and leading technology organizations, gaining hands‑on experience across operations, infrastructure, and managed services that shaped his disciplined, long‑term approach to leadership.
Outside of work, Michael is a professional drummer who was named World’s Fastest Drummer at the 2002 Warped Tour “Battle of the Hands” and is currently ranked among the Top 20 drummers worldwide, reflecting his focus, discipline, and ability to perform under pressure.
At his core, Michael remains committed to keeping things clear, grounded, and built to last.

Edward (“Ed”) is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. As Co-Founder and President of ETS, he has played a pivotal role in guiding the company’s growth and success since its inception in 2010. Under his leadership, the company has solidified its position as a trusted partner for businesses navigating the ever-evolving tech landscape.
Ed’s career journey began in investment banking before transitioning into operations as Vice President for a publicly traded biotech company. During his tenure, he led HR, PR, IR and IT operations. In 2008, Ed followed his passion for technology and became an IT consultant, combining his business acumen with his technical expertise to deliver exceptional client solutions.
Having been on the client side of IT partnerships earlier in his career, Ed brings a unique perspective and a deep empathy for his clients. His "bedside manner" and commitment to delivering tailored, reliable solutions sets him apart in the industry.
Ed earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, with a minor in Psychology, from Loyola Marymount University in 1996. He remains an active and proud alumnus, having served on the LMU Alumni Association Board of Directors, including a two-year term as its President.
A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Ed values service, dedication, and teamwork in all aspects of his life. When he’s not steering the success of ETS, you can find him on the softball field, scuba diving with his wife, or cherishing quality time with his two young daughters.

Jex Judd is the Executive Vice President at Edit Technology Solutions, Inc., where she has spent over three years helping scale the business and support its continued growth. She brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, finance, and executive leadership, with a business‑first approach centered on building strong teams, delivering clear, measurable outcomes, and leading with intention and integrity.
Throughout her career, Jex has held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations and Communications. She holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree and began her career in automotive manufacturing as a Financial Analyst, developing a strong foundation in financial analysis and large‑scale operations. She is known for building high‑efficiency processes and high‑performing teams, bringing structure where it’s needed and flexibility where it matters.
As a leader, Jex is collaborative, transparent, and people‑focused. She believes the best results come from clarity, trust, and teams who genuinely care about outcomes. She is deeply committed to company values and culture. Outside of work, Jex is a sneakerhead and foodie who loves Chicago summers with her wife and can often be found hunting for vinyl.
