Anyone who says technology companies are made and not born obviously hasn’t met Michael Ascolese.
In his 30 years as a technology executive, Michael has helped start several tech companies, including his first company in 1995. He developed his consulting experience working with companies who managed the Cisco Systems and HP e-zine website builds.
During that time, Michael was able to get a glimpse of the future and at the same time gain unique insight on where the industry was heading. In 2001 Michael co-founded Momentum Consulting, developing an affordable proactive solution-based business to business technology company. In 2010, Michael co-founded Edit Technology Solutions Inc, a Technology firm focused on the next generation of business solutions.
Edward (“Ed”) is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. As Co-Founder and President of ETS, he has played a pivotal role in guiding the company’s growth and success since its inception in 2010. Under his leadership, the company has solidified its position as a trusted partner for businesses navigating the ever-evolving tech landscape.
Ed’s career journey began in investment banking before transitioning into operations as Vice President for a publicly traded biotech company. During his tenure, he led HR, PR, IR and IT operations. In 2008, Ed followed his passion for technology and became an IT consultant, combining his business acumen with his technical expertise to deliver exceptional client solutions. Having been on the client side of IT partnerships earlier in his career, Ed brings a unique perspective and a deep empathy for his clients. His "bedside manner" and commitment to delivering tailored, reliable solutions sets him apart in the industry. Ed earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, with a minor in Psychology, from Loyola Marymount University in 1996. He remains an active and proud alumnus, having served on the LMU Alumni Association Board of Directors, including a two-year term as its President.
A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Ed values service, dedication, and teamwork in all aspects of his life. When he’s not steering the success of ETS, you can find him on the softball field, scuba diving with his wife, or cherishing quality time with his two young daughters.
